A spellbinding page-turner and a real story for our times

Just finished reading City on Fire by Graham Bartlett. What a humdinger this thriller is! His years at the sharp end of policing shine through to give this book compelling authenticity. When you add in the equally compelling main protagonist, Jo Howe, you’ve got a winning combination that can run for as many sequels as the author’s imagination will take him. City on Fire takes the police procedural to a new level. I didn’t want it to end.
